AI outputs are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. Educators or parents maintain control over how AI features are used within their accounts.

Schools and Administrators

For school subscriptions, administrators may access student data within their organization. FutureTime acts as a “school official” with a legitimate educational interest, as that term is defined under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), and operates under the direct control of the school or district with respect to student records. In such circumstances, the school or district is the data controller of student records, and FutureTime acts as a service provider or data processor on its behalf. We use and process student information solely for educational purposes authorized by the school or district.

COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We use essential cookies necessary for the operation, security, and authentication of the Services. These include cookies and local storage mechanisms used to manage account login, subscription access, and content gating through Memberstack.

We may also use analytics-related cookies to understand how users engage with the Services and improve functionality.

We embed certain videos using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. In this mode, YouTube does not store cookies on your device unless you interact with the video. If you choose to play an embedded video, YouTube may collect device information in accordance with its own privacy policy. We do not enable YouTube advertising features or personalized advertising on embedded videos.

We do not use cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising, retargeting, or third-party marketing purposes. We do not serve behavioral advertising on child-directed portions of the Services.

You may disable cookies through your browser settings; however, disabling essential cookies may prevent account login and other core functionality of the Services.

Access to student records is restricted to authorized personnel. While we strive to protect information, no system can guarantee complete security. In the event of a security breach involving personal information, we will notify affected users, parents, or school subscribers as required by applicable law and will cooperate with schools and families in accordance with legal requirements.
